Description:
Heaking-core Polypropylene honeycomb cores
are usually used in the fabrication of lightweight structures.
The core materials is typically ¡°sandwiched¡± between skins
of aluminum, steel, wood, paper , FRP or other high strength
composite materials. A bonding adhesive is used to attach
the skin to the honeycomb core. Heaking-core polypropylene
honeycomb core is supplied with or without a non-woven polyester
veil for better bonding. It is also supplied with or without
a film barrier under the polyester veil to limit the amount
of resin consumption.
